Systems Program

ERP System.

Our ERP integrates production planning, inventory management, customer order tracking, Discrepant Item Report (DIR) analysis, and HR/safety compliance into a single operational system of record.

Operational Integration

One operational system, three facilities.

Systems that support execution — Since 2015, our ERP system has supported production planning, traceability, quality tracking, training records, safety tracking, and operational visibility across the business.

Our ERP system runs across all three SPM facilities. Production planning, inventory levels, customer order status, and floor-level work order tracking flow through a single system of record. The same system supports our automated workflows with embedded approval gates — mitigating risk and reducing mistakes across the four-phase quality framework.

Quality Tracking

DIR tracking and root cause.

Tracking issues means we can make actionable plans to fix them. With our ERP, our team members track Discrepant Item Reports (DIRs), which allows our Quality team to investigate problems and uncover root causes. DIR data feeds the Weekly Data Reviews and our Cost of Quality program. To keep us in compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards, our Human Resources department uses our ERP system to track employee training, certifications, skill matrices, and all safety incidents.

What It Buys You

Predictability and documentation.

For customers, the ERP system buys you predictability. We can tell you where your order is, when it ships, and what quality data we logged at each stage. For programs that need it, we can supply documentation pulled directly from the ERP — certificates of compliance, traceability data, and order history.
