Overview

What we do, who we do it for

Powder coating is an eco-friendly method of painting that requires no solvents and generates little or no hazardous wastes. The coating is applied as a dry powder and then cured as a solid, durable coating using heat or ultraviolet light.

We have been serving our customers’ coating needs since 1984, and we understand that cleanliness is the key to a successful process. The end result is an attractive finish that is harder and more durable than conventional paints. Powder coating can be used to create a wide range of finishes and textures, some of which are impossible to achieve with any other process.

System

Our system is fully conveyer operated, and we utilize a six-stage pre-treatment system with separate dry-off and curing ovens to ensure the best quality possible. We offer precision masking and material prepping before the parts are painted, as well as additional silk-screening services. Quality control, light assembly, and packaging are also available right off the line.
