Cloud and data storage OEMs need a contract manufacturer who speaks rack standards: 19" EIA-310 form factor, hyperscale aisle containment dimensions, NEMA-rated edge enclosures for distributed compute, and UL-listed power distribution housings. SPM brings all of these under one roof. Our IPC-A-610-trained electro-mechanical assembly populates power and networking hardware in-house, our AWS D1.3 certified welding handles structural rack frames and aisle containment, our in-house powder coating applies the custom colors hyperscale customers spec for brand consistency, and our lights-out fiber laser cutting maintains the dimensional accuracy that ANSI/EIA-310 rack standards require. For cloud and data storage work, our racks and chassis are built to 19" EIA-310 standards, our certified welding department operates to AWS D1.3 on structural rack frames, our wire splicing and soldering meets IPC-A-610 for populated rack assemblies, and our enclosure builds support UL listing and NEMA 4/4X ratings for edge deployments.
