SPM is family-owned and family-led. Beyond the family is the team — 200 families building together across three Texas facilities. We invest in the people doing the work: the welders qualifying to AWS D1.3, the IPC-A-610-trained assembly technicians, the press brake operators, the powder coat line, the planners and the engineers. Leaders at every level. The person closest to the work is usually the one closest to the answer, and our culture is built around making sure that voice gets heard.
