Retail & Convenience Store

Built for the store floor.

Retail and convenience store programs run on volume, consistency, and dates that don’t move. We build the fabricated metal that goes into them — to the same standard, rollout after rollout.

How We Serve

Long-run programs, built to repeat.

Retail and convenience store work is program work. A fixture, an enclosure, or a piece of equipment housing gets specified once and then built hundreds or thousands of times across a rollout — and every one of them has to match. That is the kind of manufacturing SPM is built around: punching, forming, and laser cutting with lights-out automation, certified welding, in-house powder coating, and electro-mechanical assembly, all under one roof across three Texas facilities.

Because the work stays in-house, the part doesn’t change hands between shops on its way to finished goods. Our ERP system carries traceability, quality tracking, and order visibility across the whole run, and our inventory management program can hold stock in our facility, yours, or both — so store-level demand doesn’t turn into a lead-time problem.

Quality

The same system on every run.

ISO 9001 AWS D1.3 IPC-A-610

SPM is ISO 9001 certified company-wide. Our welding department operates to AWS D1.3 on sheet metal assemblies, and our electro-mechanical assembly team is IPC-A-610 trained. Quality issues are logged as Discrepant Item Reports, worked back to root cause, and fed into our Weekly Data Reviews — so a problem found on unit 40 of a rollout doesn’t reappear on unit 400.
