We are excited to announce our Executive Vice President, Nora Harding, has been selected as a 2020 STEP Ahead, Women in Manufacturing Honoree! The eighth annual STEP Ahead Awards recognizes women in science, technology, engineering and production careers who exemplify leadership within their companies. Thank you Nora for all you do and congratulations on this national award presented by The Manufacturing Institute and the National Association of Manufacturers.
Nora is a proven and very respected leader at SPM who can create high performing teams at every level and across every function within our organization. She understands the vision of SPM and leads the organization forward towards that vision through an understanding of our customers, our employees, and our suppliers.
Nora is motivated by people development and she sets high standards for herself, executes strategic plans quicker than anyone I have every witnessed, and she holds herself and all of us at SPM to her same high standards. Thank you, Nora!
