Since 2015, Special Products & Mfg., Inc. has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to drive performance, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Our ERP System is a cloud-based, interconnected system that mitigates risk, maintains quality, and protects our reputation with full traceability and operations monitoring.

Tracking issues means that we can make actionable plans to fix them. With our ERP, our team members track Discrepant Item Reports (DIRs), which allows our quality team to investigate problems and uncover root causes. To keep us in compliance with the standards of OSHA and ISO 9001:2015, our Human Resources department uses our ERP system to track employee training and skills, as well as all safety incidents.
