Ed Grand-Lienard is President of SPM. Ed joined SPM in 1984 and has held various leadership positions, including purchasing manager, plant manager, and sales manager. He attended Texas A&M University while majoring in Industrial Technology. Ed is an active member of the National Association of Manufacturers and has participated in many projects focused on improving the manufacturing sector. Ed is also passionate about education and was recognized by the RISD Education Foundation with the Trailblazer Award for his contributions in connecting education and businesses.

Nora Harding is SPM’s Executive Vice-President. She has served as SPM’s Human Resources Manager, Director of Leadership Development, and Director of Operations. Nora graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Social Work and has more than 25 years of management experience. In 2020, Nora received the STEP Ahead Award for Women in Manufacturing from The Manufacturing Institute and the National Association of Manufacturers for her contributions and leadership in manufacturing.

Curt Mesenbrink serves as Director of Finance at SPM. He joined the company in 2016 and brings with him more than 25 years of experience in managing accounting and finance teams across a variety of manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. Curt graduated with a BSc in Accounting from the University of Houston and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999.
