At SPM, we’re passionate about teaching, coaching, and training the team of tomorrow. We believe in embracing new technology and ideas, and SPM University (SPMU) helps our team members learn about and embrace these developments.

Our passion for sharing our manufacturing experience extends to our customers as well! With SPMU-C, our customers now get access to ongoing education from us on topics such as “Metal Fabrication 101,” “Design for Manufacturability,” and “Design for Cost Reduction & Quality.” We teach our customers how to integrate our automation, processes, and capabilities into their designs. Customers can visit us on-site to learn about manufacturing through hands-on experience, or they can learn remotely from across the globe with our virtual solutions.
