Powder coating is an eco-friendly method of painting that requires no solvents and generates little or no hazardous wastes. The coating is applied as a dry powder and then cured as a solid, durable coating using heat or ultraviolet light. We have been serving our customers’ coating needs since 1984, and we understand that cleanliness is the key to a successful process. Our system is fully conveyer operated, and we utilize a six-stage pre-treatment system with separate dry-off and curing ovens to ensure the best quality possible. The end result is an attractive finish that is harder and more durable than conventional paints.

Powder coating can be used to create a wide range of finishes and textures, some of which are impossible to achieve with any other process. We offer precision masking and material prepping before the parts are painted, as well as additional silk-screening services. Quality control, light assembly, and packaging are also available directly off the line.
