Our Leadership Team drives culture and is responsible to ensure alignment throughout the organization. This starts at the hiring process where we look for the relevant experience, technical skills, and cultural fit. Our associates begin with culture orientation, setting expectations, and defining responsibilities. We are committed to providing ongoing training opportunities for our associates by providing technical and soft skilled learning at SPM University. Classes that have already been offered at SPM University include Leadership Training, Blue Print Reading, and English as a Second Language.
